Blood Orange Martini

Ingredients:

Grey Goose Orange Vodka
Campari (for bitterness)
Splash of CointreauGoose
Ice
Prosecco sparkling wine

Preparation:

In cocktail shaker, mix Grey Goose Orange, Campari, and a splash of Cointreau with ice. Shake vigorously. Pour into chilled martini glass. Finish with a splash of Prosecco. Garnish with orange peel and serve.
